Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the booking with no charge. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are non‑refundable. • If the assessor arrives and cannot gain access, the booking is treated as a late cancellation. • Payment is required to secure the appointment.
