By providing your data you agree to us using the information you have provided to carry out energy assessments, energy plans & energy reviews. We may be required to contact you via email or over the phone and will need to visit your home if you have booked an in-person assessment.

All assessors booked through this website operate professionally and ethically. Any confidential information collected will be limited to what is strictly necessary to complete the requested task (for example, producing an EPC or conducting an energy review). This information will only be shared with individuals directly involved in delivering the service.

All data will be stored securely using encrypted, access‑controlled digital storage or locked physical storage. Digital files will be protected with appropriate security measures, and any paper documents will be kept in a locked filing cabinet.

Data retention schedules will be followed, and information will be disposed of securely once it is no longer required. Digital documents will be permanently deleted, and physical documents will be shredded.
